Will district coordinators be required to keep up with all areas of Girls Ministries, in addition to Missionettes?
Each district leader will choose what areas to support. However, the change of the national office structure should not create additional work for district leaders. Clubs and leadership requirements remain the same. The national office wants to facilitate cooperation between departments to develop targeted resources for new areas — social concerns and parent enrichment. These areas will not be programmatic; they will offer resources and tools for ministry that will enhance ongoing programs.
