Q: Is it acceptable to test the girls in Stars, Friends, and Girls Only over the units they studied at the end of each year instead of waiting until just before graduation?

A: The Review (test) for each of these clubs should not be given at the end of each year. The tests are comprehensive and should be administered at the end of their fifth-, eight-, and twelfth-grade year respectively. A practice quiz is available on the Girls Ministries website (ngm.ag.org) to help girls review and feel comfortable with the actual Review which is located in the Reproducible Pages section of the Sponsor Guides.

Q: I took the Missionettes Training Course in 2000 but noticed a new training course has been released. Do I need to retake the course again due to the revisions?

A: We highly encourage those who took Missionettes Leadership Training Guide course to take the revised Girls Clubs Leader Training Guide course again. Since the name change in 2007, there have been significant revisions made to the overall ministry that warrant updating your knowledge of the ministry.

Q: I have a young cousin who attends a Spanish speaking church. Is there Spanish material available to use in her church?

A: The club curriculum is available in Spanish (Rainbows through Stars) and can be purchased online or directly from Gospel Publishing House (1.800.641.4310). The Rainbows through Prims Sponsor Guides are still in print form, the Spanish Stars Sponsor Guide is now available on CD Rom. As the inventory is depleted, the remaining guides will be converted to CD-Rom as well.
