Teen Girl Ministries
As a leader working with teen girls we want to help you “Embrace the Teen Girl Experience” by producing products and giving you information to help you mentor teen girls in their walk with Christ.
Defining the Club
It’s important to start off on the right foot. First impressions mean a lot, especially with teen girls. But don’t put a lot of pressure on yourself. Take a refresher look at how you plan to start your club in the fall. There are a few elements that add up to a beginning with momentum: present them with the content, get their feedback, and most importantly define the club.
Decorating the Clubroom
The second in this series of the three essential “D’s” of working with a teen girl group is “Decorating the Club.” This might not seem like a foundational aspect of your club. It might even seem frivolous, but I have found it to be an important element of creating a great and attractive haven for teen girls.
Discussions in the Club
The last of the three essential “D”’s of working in a teen girl group is all about discussions. For girls who often love to talk, crave a listening ear, and who receive less than 20 minutes per day talking with their parents and sometimes any adult, discussions are the meat of your club.
