  • What is TGM?
In the expansion of Girls Ministries, a new broad focus has emerged under this umbrella name called Teen Girl Ministries (TGM). • Essential D #3: Discussion in the Clubroom
The first two of the three essential “D”’s from the last two E-Newsletters is Defining the Club and Decorating the Clubroom. The last of the three essential “D”’s of working in a teen girl club is all about how to harness the power of a good discussion. • The Essential "D's" of Working with a Teen Group Part 1: Defining the Club
It’s Fall and many of you are beginning your clubs. It’s important to start off on the right foot. First impressions mean a lot, especially with teen girls. But don’t put a lot of pressure on yourself. There are a few elements that add up to a beginning with momentum: present them with the content, get their feedback, and most importantly define the club.
